It is always good to see YES related stuff on the Tube and I just saw a YES T shirt on Sex and the city.

It was in the first few minutes and it was Sarah Jessica Parker, so it was prominently displayed (although for a short time). It is a montage of scenes showing her shopping for various gifts and in one of the segments she is wearing a Yes tank. I think it may be from the OYE tour, but I'm not sure. They usually rerun the episodes multiple times on HBO throughout the week.

I saw it too. It was the classic Roger Dean Yes logo that originated on Close to the Edge. I could not believe it. It was a black concert tee with I believe the logo in orange. Sarah Jessica Parker was wearing it. It's the new episode that's showing this week. The Yes logo was huge, making up the whole front of the shirt. I had just walked into the room so I literally saw it for 2 seconds. Now that was a good plug for the band, tremendous. I don't really like the show, but my wife was watching, but was in the kitchen, then boom. Millions saw that one.

I have Tivo so I could pause it and show my husband (who's not really a Yes Fan, but gets dragged to concerts).

I was really surprised -- Carrie, the character in the show wearing the t-shirt is supposed to be a fashion trendsetter, so what does this mean????

I don't get HBO. I wait until the past season is out on video and then I go rent the series.

I think it is so cool that she is a YES fan. It's got to be her own personal tshirt.

For those of you who don't watch the show, this woman has some seriously trendy, gorgeous, funky and EXPENSIVE clothing. That she might insist on wearing her own YES tshirt really thrills me. I wonder if her hubby is a Yes fan as well.

that is toooo cool. Wish I had seen Jessica Parker wearing YES. I just heard that Yes did a Pepsi sing along type commercial years ago.

Oh, okay...There was a food show on last night and they showed favorite comercials (they didn't show the yes one)...now I remember Pepsi did the Pepsi challenge so it was definitely Coke who did the songs... thanks

That´s really cool. Do you know the number, which series was it, I mean which episode of Sex and The City? And was it in the beginning?? I think the episodes are broadcasted later in Germany so I could probably tape it as well.

Alot of people who you'd never expect to have done soft drink ads have done one. The Who and Otis Redding did ads for Coke in the 60s, Canada's own Rough Trade did a Pepsi ad in the 80s and also in the 80s, Pepsi sponsered a Genesis tour.

wow, I love the 80's...music was such a big thing for me then. Heck the music and clothes is about all I can remember ha ha ha and I loved and stil love the styles and music of the 80's...it's just my time period. Those are some really big names who did soft drink ads! HOW can we contact MIG, JAY, or PETER to Tell Sally in Germany which episode of Sex in the City the YES tank was worn in?
