Master from Universe University

i have been chatting with Devotee, and she wants to come up with certificates from Universe University. I as am artist/art student have chosen the Master of Images. my thesis will be opening my own tattoo shoppe... give me a few years though, i have the rest of high school, art school, the an apprenticeship before i can do that.

This is going to look like a family affair, but here I go...

I have chosen Master of Soul for several reasons. 1) it looks just like MS on a certificate. 2) I'm not called Devotee only for my blind following of the guru, I have studied comparitive religions for over 20 years and have a well established yoga/meditation practice. 3) When you devote so much of your life to the high vibrations going on, it's nice to be recognised - though I admit that's my ego talking.

When I was in college, I worked as a fund-raiser for a grassroots activists organization, fighting the good fight. My boss took a look at some tapes I had been carrying around with my Walkman, and commented that I must have been born in a time warp, since no one as young as me could like music this good. Thus began a bond which still affects me to this day. For this reason, I voted for "Master of Eternity".

If I'm not mistaken, the true definition of temperance deals with the moderation of alcohol. And even though the Schiffman creedo is "anything worth doing is worth doing in excess," I still chose Master of Temperance.

My personality is very temperate. I am not easily ruffled or shaken. I remain calm in crisis, I have the patience of a saint, I allow for ranges of emotion in others.

and devotee, i have been valiantly trying to meditate for YEARS now, off and on.. very frustrating because i cant turn off the inner dialogue..perhaps if you come to the party in chicago, i might enlist your help? [books havent worked for me, either]

Hey- who made those "Universe University" stickers? I got one at a Gathering (St. Louis or Nashville). It's since peeled off my car window due to the elements (even though it was on the INSIDE). I WANT ANOTHER!

I don't know who made them, but I got one back in the day of Jon's Opio magazine. They used to send all sorts of little surprises. If I can find it, I'll post a scan so everyone can see what they look like.
