OK these may be a bit of a stretch, but these YesSongs mention "Mother" or "Mama" prominently in the lyrics (even though one is a cover...) Which do you prefer?

How funny that you should post this contest. I choose to begin this Mother's Day with Starship Trooper! From" Sister Bluebird" to "Mother Life", it's the perfect choice!
Starship Trooper!
It's only because I don't want that big fan who seemed to chase Jon during the Magnification tour to beat him... or to beat me! ;)

Of course!
I'm waiting to see that one vote go for 'No Opportunity' though...
Gotta be at least one Yesfan that prefers that track...
Trooper is one of my all time faves, so no contest from me.

This is a funny one Yarstruly. Did you spend much time to found those two mothers?
I voted for Starship Trooper.

It has to be No Opp. To me Trooper is like Roundabout and Owner... over played and over rated!! The next time I hear it I might just pull out what's left of my hair!
Just Kidding!!!!
That was for you Earl and Martin.
Martin, I didn't get to see the Strawbs saturday, the night before Mothers Day for obvious reasons. And Fairport Convention is in town the night before Fathers Day so I might have achance.

There's nothing like jamming to Wurm just below the pain threshold, kind of like the Minneapolis show. Exquisite!
Starship Trooper: a) Life Seeker b) Disillusion c) Wurm is also one of my all time faves. Steve does a great Disillusion on Natural Timbre.

Well, Starship Trooper for me too! It has always been one of my favorites, and I thrill to hear it live!

To answer the question, Yes, I did look a bit...there was a Mother reference in "Survival" as well, but I didn't think it was as good as these....
I pretty much figured this would be the result, but it's all in good fun ya know!
