Which do you love more? BEYOND AND BEFORE, the opening track from the first YES album - or TIME IS TIME, the last track on their most recent album?????

Thanks a lot, Rob. I think my brain is twisted enough.;)
I voted for Beyond and Before. I think Time Is Time just kinda fizzles out and doesn't really go anywhere.

Time is Time for me. I know iots not favoured by many Yes Fans but I liked it from the outset. The twangy C&W feel (that generally isn't my thing) really grabs me.

Time is Time for me too. I like the way it closes 'Mag' the way 'Soon' closes GoD.

This is a tough one....
talk about two very different Yes-eras.

I went with BAB, because I like the energy of that one more.
Maybe it's just my perception, but it seems that the music of the first YES album has a hungry seacrhing quality to it.

Time is Time is a lovely song, it has a quality of comfort to it,
very well suited to where in time the band is at these days.
A sort of looking back, knowing that everything did work out OK, and taking that assuredness into the future that although still has the feeling of unknown, what has come before has shaped a sense of faith.

I've loved Beyond and Before since the first time I heard it. No comparison to me.

Beyond And Before for me - I love the guitar work. I'd be interested to hear Steve's version of it.

I've got to go with Beyond And Before. It actually starts the album on a energetic upbeat. It is also kind of fun to sing along.

If it somehow snuck into the live show I do not think that I would complain.

Beyond and Before I would have to say, Time is Time makes my head spin less then halfway into the song

Beyond and Before.
It was the birth of a band of genius.

I went with Beyond and Before - a great herald of things to come. Time Is Time is a nice song, but to me it's one of the weaker ones on Magnification. They could have ended the album with ITPO, and it would have worked for me. Time Is Time (was going to abbreviate that, but decided I'd better NOT! LOL) seems like an afterthought to me.

Yes, I also prefer to birth to a possible end, although Time Is Time won´t be the end:-)
BAB was such a cool song.

I agree the first song just has more of a edge...now between albums thats a bit more debatable

Apples & Oranges . . and I love both songs.
I enjoyed "Time is Time" on the acoustic broadcast and assume we'll see it this tour, but man o' man; "Beyond and Before" set's up their debut release with an enthusiastic energy that permeates the whole project.
"Beyond and Before".

Beyond & Before all the way...I would love to hear this live! Seems that B&B is winning this poll hands down....Time is Time is good, but not the strongest Yes Tune ever.....

Beyond and Before for me too; Time is Time is nice but I find it abit dull compared to B&B.

Beyond and Before. It's my favourite song from Yes' first album. What a way to introduce a band! I love Peter Banks' guitar in this song.

I like Time is Time as well, it's subtle and tranquil, but it doesn't stand much of a chance against Beyond and Before in my book.

Gotta have a rare disagree with the Aimster on this one.

I love "Time is Time." Plus, Steve plays the dobro, which I love!
