overdubbed dialogue?

After listening to It Can Happen again yesterday I remembered my confusion at one part of the song. When Trevor's (really good by the way) guitar solo is starting there are a couple of snippets of overdubed dialogue. It sounds like an older man talking. Does anyone know who that is or what he's saying?

I've noticed that too, it really has bugged me about what he is saying... all I could understand is the beginning - " Come on boy, you can have much better... " that's all... I thought that something was wrong with my CD...
