I have seen a number of sites advertising a Brazilian import DVD of 9012 Live stating that it has Dolby Digital 5.1 sound etc.
Does anyone know of this release and if it is worth buying?
Thanks

There is supposed to be a domestic version in the works that includes additional footage, interviews, making-of, etc ... if the import doesn't have these, i'd wait for the U.S. version ...

This is NOT an official release. It was done without the band's approval. In essence, it is a bootleg. It is a dvd made from a videotape, and thus, not 5.1 surround.

A friend of mine owns one of a pair of boxed set LPs from 9012LIVE. There were additional songs not on either the video or the CD. This was a long time ago, so I'm not quite sure, but I think it was not a bootleg. I think it was some sort of radio promotional item (not commercially available.) I think it came from Japan. I'll try to find out what the set list was. I don't think he ever saw the other half of the set so I wouldn't know what was on that.

Thanks. I had a feeling it was a bit dodgy. I know that the Yesworld site about six months ago mentioned that 9012 Live was being prepared for DVD but there's been nothing there since. Does anybody know if the project has actually moved forward and if there is an anticipated release schedule?
