Actually, you're right, according to Yescography. I didn't know that he was still in the band when they began album sessions.

Supposedly, on the remaster of 'GFTO', which I admitedly don't own yet, 'Eastern Numbers' was the early version of 'Awaken' ,of which, Moraz participated in.
This is all speculation, of course.
