In the Big Dream is available on VHS for around 5 cents plus shipping on Amazon. I saw some conflicting reviews of it. Does it just consist of snippets of performances from the Yes Music Plus DVD or are we seeing different performances and actual music videos? I know how short it is, but is it worth my spare change?

Well, for five cents, sure. However, it runs 37 minutes and consists of the original videos for MTV consumption for Brother of Mine and Quartet. The video for Order of the Universe is technically a mostly live performance that was shot at the ABWH concert filmed at the Hampton Coliseum on Aug 1, 1989. I actually attended that show and the audience was requested to wear white specifically for filming that video - still haven't figured out why. The final cut is Heart of the Sunrise that was live from the Pay for View show that later was included on the eventual release on vhs and dvd of the full live concert.
The 2 disc dvd set that came out a year or so back included all of this material on this rather short vhs release.

I think it is worth getting, even if it the short video as noted by the post from yes372. I continue to believe that it is one of the most enjoyable projects they have done.
It's good also If you have a "collection". It's good part of YESHistory.
Besides what '372' refers to there are also some comments from ABWH themselves. As always, I particularly enjoyed Rick's comments!
Of course, I'm pretty partial to "all things YES"...

Gawd Yes !!
If only for the 2 video clips and 'live' footage, but there's alot of inside scoop that worth the watch. I enjoyed this very much, but admit; I haven't watched it in ages (VHS).

Isn't this the one where Bill Bruford sarcastically comments on how everyone else playing cricket is contributing to the advancement of music and then goes and joins in himself ("What's a boy to do in this situation?" or something like that)
Personally I think that moment alone is worth way more than 5 cents ;) It's so nice seeing them getting along and being happy and all that even though it's from almost 20 years ago...

Thanks everybody! I decided to invest my 5 cents. Actually, for my trouble, I also ordered the VHS of the Best of Musikladen. That one went for $1.59. So, after shipping costs, I spent a total of $7.60, which I think is a pretty good price for an hour or so of classic Yes-related footage between the two tapes. Can't wait to get them in the mail!
I'll get scolded by my wife when the credit card bill comes, but it was totally worth it.
