considering ex yes members who post here i think it would be interesting for all of us hopefully including Billy to post ideas as to what he should do next.

A couple of things i'd love

1. More circa shows preferbly one in conneticut

2. I'd love it if he redid the bond theme (he can do an album of spy themes) simply Put a little backround on this

In 1977 Martin Hamlecoh (i think that's his last name) did the score for The Spy who Loved me His crowning Achievment Bond 77 in whiich he said "i loved the Beejees so i decide to play with bond theme and do it as though the Bee Gees were doing it"

I think Billy Sherwood could really turn the bond theme in to a great prog rocker.

3. Theme song to Quantum of Solace. I keep seeing rumours of various artists and i'm really not liking any of them.

4. New Crica Album

5. new solo album (with me on guitar ;) o k maybe that is a wee bit farfetched but still)

Ok seriosuly what ever you give us I'm sure we will love thank you.

What do the others say?

Look here now..this guy is the Professor...multi-tasking is a doddle for him.

For me, he has the ability, creativity, invention to do anything at all...irrespective of the genre or purpose.

I have always liked him big time but I just wish way back in 1998 during the Open Your Eyes tour that I had fully realised just what a talent he is.

Now, here in 2008..well...Malcolm has now well and truly opened his eyes...this guy is a genius!

Just do anything and everything Prof'...I'll be there...and anyone with any sense should be too!

Lady True...loathe as I may be to yet again afford you some attention (jeez brother Jack... a bloody True Believer fan club??!!??)...I know you have still not heard 'We Are Sailors' from the Headsets album...how many times must I tell you Angeleyes..forget all that IQ and PT stuff...you are missing out massively.

The Prof' not only wrote the song...OK maybe Jim Ladd too...but he plays every instrument on it...drums, keyboard, bass, mandolin, lead guitar...oh...and just in passing sweet Australian thing...all the bloody vocals...which are, as always a complete and utter tour de force...amazing lyrics, sentiment, arrangement, production...and oh my Lordy...guitar playing to really uplift the soul..the solo breaks are immense...and very, very emotional...and..and...and..well, yet again...the vocals...I think I have died and gone to heaven!!

I know Pam (Float Your Climb) and Sally/Elaine/Laney and Kathy really extolled the virtues of this track and this album...and I do too...so, trust us...get it!! It is dirt cheap...

Anyway...upcoming...Prof's new solo album. I am expecting amazing things...no..I am not...I am expecting bloody amazing things.

I know he will deliver!

Billy Sherwood's next project should be -- whatever he is passionately moved to do.

But God I would love it if Billy Sherwood was passionately moved to produce a new all-star recording of Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick, in the manner of his previous all-star recording of Pink Floyd's The Wall.

I would love to hear that!

Cheers,

Ron

Methinks I extol the virtues of 'We Are Sailors' too much from the "Headsets" album.

Don't get me wrong...it is all I say it is...my point is that I should also acknowledge the rest of the album...so many great tracks...jeez...'Sons of our Suns'...'Alone Out Here'...'Melancholy Deity'....'Remnants of Creation (part II) and jeez...'One World Going Round'...just listen to that last track...I defy you not to smile...feel good...no, feel fabulous...that bass...another brilliantly crafted guitar solo too...the depth and lushness of the vocals and let's not forget that Jim Ladd's voice...wonderful.

Lady True...I would love to be beside you and watch your reaction to 'We Are Sailors'...I just know you would ADORE it...get the album...I am sick of telling you to...you know not what you miss Angeleyes!

Man...I know I am so repetitive but...jeez almighty...vocals, vocals, vocals...he so rocks my boat with the multi-tracked vocal sound he conjures up...OK...back to one of my first ever statements...Professor Brian Wilson...eat your heart out sir!

I think developing Circa: should be a prime goal. It's really a nice group and has so much potential.

Circa: deserves to have a lot of attention thrown it's way.

I am in shock! 10 full years since the Open Your Eyes tour with the beatle bow. I guess if you had asked me I would have worked it out for myself but reading it cold WOW i am surprised.
I don't think I appreciated Billy then, it wasn't until the Ladder that I thought this guys cooking on gas (as they say).

Can't wait to for the next Circa: project, but of course...after speaking to, listening, learning and gaining insight from Billy, I am interested in any work that he does. He's an all around class act, vocals, music (so many instruments), producing, etc etc...he's a cool dude too
