most interesting part of the interview is

JD: I quite liked Igor Khoroshev’s playing.

BS: After Open Your Eyes was mixed, the band thought that I would be playing keyboards on the road, and I said no, no, no, I’m not a live keyboardist. At that point Jon brought in a bag of cassettes of keyboardists from all over the world. He put in Igor’s tape and we all dug it.

which is interesting and shed's more light on the band.

I think Billy's interview shows why there won't be another Yes studio album. It's just not a "close" band anymore. They'll be on the road a while and all the issues will come up again. Interesting how he notes Howe didn't want a second guitarist on stage......not just Rabin who gets his wrath. Sherwood and Rabin seem to have alot in common....prolific writers, can play more than one instrument, producers.....do it all basically. Without Sherwood or Rabin the band just doesn't have that guy who can write alot of stuff.

Go to Billy's myspace page and listen to "Alone Out Here"......I can't stop listening to it.......short 3:20 song but I think it's great.

FWIW, I love all of Billy's music. From the writing to the performing to the production, the man is pure genius!
