At 2:54 he says something that I have heard on other live boots I have of this song. After he does it you can see Rick cracking up a little. I don't think this is a flub cause I have heard it on diff live recordings, I THINK, ha ha ha. Can anyone make it out?

I believe he just screwed the lyric up in that verse and that was his way of making a joke about it.
The lyrics he signs are correct.
The last line is "There's no one else to blame"
I think he does say "so f#cked up" .. makes sense considering the meaning of the first verse

I think it's a flubbed lyric and what we hear is Trevor speaking gibberish. He backs up and starts the lyric over after a couple of seconds. Rick cracks up because Trevor messed up. Chris Squire looks like the cat that ate the canary.

I have an interview with Trevor's old band Rabbitt and at the end he says something in Afrikaans.
I don't know if this is, but it very well could be.
It's the same thing that Lerxst says during La Villa Strangiato.

What I noticed from this recording is the harmonies are all over the place. Id say it is actuallty kinda novice in some parts. Those guy's were not having a good night. Steve always used to just play the parts with no enthusiasm what so ever back in those days. Jon seems to me to be deliberately not helping Trevor on the parts where (if I remember right) on the album Jon sings these lines along with Trevor. ?? Am I wrong?? I will be totally honest Trvor is a great musician and my only probelm with him as always been his arrogance while on stage ( I can see this, off stage, I know nothing of things........) with some of the greatest musicians of all time. I noticed Trevor Shrug his shoulders and where he is standing Rick is in his line of sight. He shrugged because no one was singing with him and his vocals are not exactly on key. He knows it sounds bad, but he has to keep going. Could be a little pay back from the guy,s after an argument just before they took stage?? Who knows??
I see it as Trevor knows it does not sound right and Rick does not sing so he just kinda laughs brecause Trevor was looking at him at the time.

I think the rest of Yes always had a good time at trying to mess with "the one man band who is Rabin."
Who cares - Rabin's guitar intro is awesome here!
