I saw Bill Bruford and his jazz band Earthworks @ BB King's in Times Square back in May. Very good show! Good eats too. (Unfortunately BB wasn't there!)

:drummer:

Just a heads up -- Bill was his usual glib self between songs, making little jokes and explaining things about the songs, etc. But, he said he would sign CDs after the show -- and, he said, he would sign Yes CDs too: "There's always a few of them around!" I was like -- "Holy shiite! I've been listening to the Perpetual Change drum solo on Yessongs for almost 30 years and I left the friggin' CD @ home!" :WH:

Anyway. He was right in the foyer as we left out, and I walked right by him and said "Good show, Bill," and he said thanks. So that was kind of cool/funny. :heydude:

So just a heads up -- bring those Yes CDs if you are going to see him ! (Note: I also saw him in a bar in Providence RI in the early '80s and in London w/ Pat Moraz in '85 -- he's awesome, but I enjoy Al just as well, props to Big Al White!)

P.S. - Here's a pic of my friend Mike (left) and Hawk (middle) and me (goofball on right in Tide jacket) right after we saw Bill on the way out! :1quiet:
