Anybody else got the new Rick Wakeman/Dave Cousins album, Hummingbird? I bought it earlier this week and it's pretty good. Being predominantly Dave Cousins songs inevitably makes it sound more Strawbs like than Yes-like but if, like me, you're a fan of both bands then this is no bad thing.
Wakey does get 4 short instrumental pieces in but he is,of course, the featured accompianist on the other songs, mostly synths & piano.
If you get the chance give it a listen, quality song writing with understated, rather than prog type, arrangements

Although this puts me in the minority, I only somewhat liked one song on "Hummingbird." I like some of the Strawbs' stuff (including the Strawbs with Rick), but Dave Cousins' voice sounds kind of shot to me, or at least he doesn't have the right voice to do the ballads/slow songs that take up most of the CD. If they rocked out more, it would have been a better album. Rick's playing on it was OK, but nothing special, in my opinion.
