NP&M! INTERVIEW EXCLUSIVE – TONY KAYE of CIRCA; Yes’s original keyboardist pre-Rick Wakeman!!! One of if not THE only in-depth audio interview(s) that Tony remembers giving in 40+ years in progressive music. – 45+ minutes of ‘Conversations From the Farmhouse’ (my ongoing interview series on NP&M! since 2005) about his new band CIRCA; Yes of both 'The Yes Album' and “Owner of a Lonely Heart” eras, and about “One Live Badger” and the mysterious “White Lady” album by Tony’s 1970s band Badger.

A big, big, big thank you! to Billy Sherwood of CIRCA for making this rare interview possible. :) And catch my recent interview with Billy himself if you have not done so yet. :)

Date/Time of the Conversation’s Premier on 'Newgrass, Prog & More!' Web Radio & Interviews to be announced soon. Check in with NP&M's schedule page (please see below) over the next few days.

California Fire Disaster Aid: Please strongly consider making an online donation to a reputable disaster aid organization while listening to this interview. Tony, Billy, and Jimmy Haun all live and make music in southern California.

Thanks for this update, Steve. I have been looking forward to interview since you first announced it. Tony is a great keyboard player. This promises to be a great 45+ minutes.

Hi xlink_nz! New Zealand is #1 on my places in the world to visit should I get the chance.

Anyway, I will be accommodating the UK, Europe, and the Pacific Rim with repeat webcasts this weekend. Individuals should let me know how many hours ahead of EDT (Eastern Daylight Time - USA) you are and I will add a time between 6 pm and 9 pm YOUR time so that you can listen this weekend. And don't worry if you miss this first week/weekend. The interview will remain up for a long, long while.

I am also thinking strongly about transcribing it. No podcasts or .mp3 distribution planned yet, but I am not at all ruling it out.

Best,
