Looking for SLAMMING muscians in Ohio

Hello there! I'm a YESfan, drummer, who is looking for a guitarist who is ready to strech out musically. Have a keyboardist who sings and writes,a bass player who also sings and writes, and would like to find a player who also can sing and write. Also multi-instrumentalists are encouraged to apply. Male or female. We're into YES, Genesis, Gabriel, Tull, Triumph, Prog-rock in general, etc.... You must live in or around Northeast Ohio. Where is the next Steve Howe (or Hackett). Besides ads in your local music paper, here's a few more ideas:

Hit the bulletin boards of all the good recording studios in your area. Hit the internet and check out Musician's Referral. Network, network, network: To start off, hit your area music stores and talk to the people who are teaching guitar there....never know...just one of them
a) may be the right guitar player, or,
b) may have a student who could be the right guitar player.
You know the drill, I'm sure.
