In fact I pm'd Billy last night to come over here and join up. We have been in close contact due to his joining www.progressiveears.com (http://www.progressiveears.com) and has been posting there since June.

Billy's a great guy and very easy to chat with. I think he will join up soon and tell you all about this new band he has called Circa.

No reason to feel that way. The house has been rearranged much since you left. Besides the link Mr. Zulu sent you... you can find the subforum under the Prog Bands forum now. It used to be that Yes member related projects were in this forum but it was switched to over there. There is a thread on the Coach House and many from here (not me unfortunately :( ) are going so plenty of opportunities to hook up. Welcome back to the site, I also follow the progears threads under the same name over there.
