Audio Only Set on Disc 2

Does anyone out there know where the "Audio Only" part at the end of the DVD; Where & When was it Recorded ???

I asked the same thing... I believed, based on the stills with it, that it was the Montreaux show now on DVD... however, some suggested the audio was a compilation of several shows... I am not sure...

I am pretty sure it is the Birmingham NIA show. If you look at the still photographs, they are all from this show. I am not sure, however, if every track is from the Birmingham show - but I am pretty sure about South Side and Khatru (because they are identical to my recording of the show).
Lots of footage in the actual documentary is from the NIA too (Show Me, To Be Over, backstage footage).
