Just wondering...I seem to recall there being a link on yesworld, possibly through yesnet, to some Roger Dean album covers that could be downloaded as wallpaper. Does anyone know if this is still available, or was it ever ?

You can go to webshots.com and do a search on Roger Dean. Tons of his paintings show up, and you can paste the picture to your desktop. I have done it with lots of his paintings and it looks incredible.

Roger Dean doesn't seem to show up on this one anymore. Any other suggestions anybody?

I made this one, I'll try to attach it here. All you have to do is save it to your compter, right click on it, and choose "set as wallpaper"

Okay now I am editing my post. I don't see the pic show up but it says it went through. The great thing about being able to make your own Dean backgrounds is that they don't show up all pixelated and stuff. Plus, I made this particualr one to match the blue background that comes with windows, so your icons on the desktop match the whole painting. Usually you can only get the picture to stretch across the whole screen making all you desktop icons cover up alot of the picture.

If you don't see the pic or a link or something, then I guess this whole post is irrelevant.

I've been a huge Roger Dean fan for ages and I've done many renditions of his work throughout the years.

I've met the man himself a few times and have even gotten my copy of Views autographed. I've seen some of his original paintings and sketches in a few east coast galleries, when he took his work on tour and to see his work up close and larger than life was really a treat.

Anyone who admires the man and his work is okay in my book.

I've also tried to attach a copy of my rendition of Roger's piece called Pathways. I don't know if it will show up or not.

Yeah,
It seems that my graphic hasn't shown up either. Maybe there is a size limit or something. I can do one thing however. go to:

http://www.whitespacemusic.com/wallpaper

I made 4 wallpapers that go with the color schemes windows has to offer.

Right click and choose "set as wallpaper"
