Yes, I think so. I just got one off ebay from Brazil and I am pleased with it.. The picture quality is about a 8.9 and sound is 9.5 on a scale of 1-10.

I wouldn't rate it that high. Compared to a dvd you would buy in a store as a 10, I would give it a 7-8. It has a dolby digital output, but its just stereo. If you don't have any version (vhs, laserdisc), it is good enough quality to hold you over until the "talked about" official release.

According to the laws of Brazil, these aren't bootlegs, but I think Yes would consider it as one.

....and who knows if and when the OFFICIAL one will be released. It is about the same in sound and picture quality as my old VHS of it. It is a live concert recorded in 1984 before all the digital surround sound technology ect. we have today- that would make the master recording mix sound awesome. 9012live has a sort of "live" quality vibe to it anyway that I like.. I have to say as far as picture and sound quality it is very good.
The one Yes DVD that is bad in the sound and video quality is the 1979 live in Philly DVD. To me, that one is total crap, as far as picture and sound quality is concerned, but awesome because it is a DVD of the classic YES time period..
