The sound quality is pretty good, just the live songs are worse than ABWH LD or DVD (Japanese) source though. Even tough, it's a valuable Yes documentary to have.

Is the documentary part just ABWH?
Or does it cover earlier Yes also?

It is a 30 minute documentary on ABWH only. Basically a couple of videos from the album, plus some behind the scenes stuff.
