Check out you tube for Machine Messiah and you will be able to play Alan's band White playing a killer Machine Messiah.
I watched that and the Trevor Horn tribute from 2004 and man o man has he evolved. I am not a drummer but Alan's technique sems to fill out the music more completely like he has gone away from a semi minimalist style.
It sure is good viewing!
