The 80's, Yes!

Cruzzin thru some Youtube of the 80's Yes. Being a WEST person I really do miss some of the old stuff from then. I miss how they played back then. There was a edge to it that we do not get now. Ahhh, the good old days.

You are right, Tim. There is some great stuff there right now for us YesWest fans! The Trevor Rabin remixes of the Denver concert, in particular, are very fun to listen to and watch.

I've been diggin the 9012live dvd. Especially the director's cut. The boys were rockin then!

What I liked about the shows back then, frok show to show you almost got a diff way of a tune being played everytime. Diff intro, or differently played intro or parts of the tune. Diff riffs, this, that. it was cool to listen too. Soooo many shows that will never see the light of day because it is not like it is these days with recordings and the like. Too bad for me and many of us Yeswest folks.

Okay, I do love some of the 80's sounds, but I never made it to a concert. So, ... I don't know what I'm talking about. :D (And yes, you can run with that if you like, but I'm warning you, it's just like running with sissors.)
