I don't know about Mr. Anderson, but Mr. Howe practically makes Yes a country band when he does some of his acoustic work such as "Clap" or that bit toward the end of "And You And I".

At least when Steve does it, it doesn't suck! (My apologies to fans of C&W, but I've never been able to stomach anything other than Bluegrass in that era.)
