Bienvenidos! Wilkommen! Aloha! Glad you could join us--I haven't been here long myself, but I've gotten to know several awesome people and learned a lot of great stuff already. :hearts:

I forgot how to say Hello in French, so this will substitute:
Nous sommes du soleil... every one of us.

I was here5 or 6 times after joining; checking out this site wow its cool and big; and I didnt forget how nice you all were to me... so I am back right here saying thanks to all of you for the warm welcome... And when I said brothers of mine and all you hot yes babes said hey wait a minute! what about us.... I MEANT YOU ALL 2. ...all I can say is this... from a guys point of view.. when someone turns down the volume when yes is playing.YOU APPARENTLY NEED TO SPEND TIME BY YOURSELF OR NEED A NEW GIRL. when you get in a girls car and shes blasting alan jackson followed by reb mcintire and your head is screeching; THEN you know your getting out at the VERY very next available intersection or moment! ASAP! maybe thats how I ended up here. :theband

 Alan Jackson...

So, I said yes to a road trip to Nashville with five other females around June 02 ...I was forced to drive them to Alan Jackson's house. After we got there, it only took about five minutes for the cops to show up and chase us away, but we did get all our pictures taken in front of his house. It was a like a Chinese fire drill. Well, they believe it was Jackson's house and that's all that counts. Heck it could have been the Cheif of Police's house in Franklin for all I know!

Yep, six 40 year old women acting like teenagers. Did I say there were my friends?

Love,
Older Sister of Yours

Ugh...at my old retail job, one of my bosses listened to country a lot, but we didn't have country there ALL THE TIME, thankfully. But then during my summer job for the health dept, 2 of the 3 girls I worked with listened to country pretty much every day. I was able to tolerate it at my first job, but this summer I got SO sick of it. Since these are top 40 country stations, they keep playing the same songs over and over, to the point where you start to hate songs that you halfway liked at first.

I didn't take many personal days off this summer, but one day I did take off was June 14, so I could celebrate Alan White's birthday in peace, listening to Yes as my rebellion against modern country.

:drummer:

O.k. so you did the right thing; I never would leave anyone anywere. (but I have thought about it once or twice) and I really like johnny cash he is a legend. its just the overplayed stuff over and over again that makes my head want to :microwave and now that i somehow said said over and over again i seem to find the urge to listen to some classic joe walsh :git[1]:
