I hope I'm not beating a dead horse, but I was wondering if there's been any official word from Jon Anderson about why he will not perform anything from Drama. It's a great album with a couple songs that are among the best in Yes' catalogue! Even though Anderson wasn't on the studio versions, he should be able to offer up killer versions of Machine Messiah and Tempus Fugit.

I heard Tempus Fugit was under discussion for the last tour. I don't think Machine Messiah is a possibility.

I'd buy Drama again if they simply rereleased it with Jon's vocals substituted for Horn's.

I mean, what if Rick wouldn't play Starship Trooper or Yours is No Disgrace simply because he wasn't on the studio recording?

What if White wouldn't play Roundabout or Heart of the Sunrise or Close to the Edge?

I was very tempted in bringing my vinyl copy of Drama to Jon's last solo show for his sacred mark (signature).
I would have presented it to him and have said “Jon, the only thing this great album was missing from the start was you”.

Then I woke up.
I know I can be tasteless but I thought how many opportunities do I have to be in front of him? Why do something that might be interpreted as being disrespectful?
On the other hand I would be giving him a compliment, yet still unsure if it would have been wrong.

HEY! You've got a puss on your piano! Nice!

(I'm sorry, pianozach, I just couldn't resist!)

Carry on.

What if Banks wouldn't play in The Syn, because...uh...lemme think...
