I have what is supposed to be a limited edition set of 1000 only combined cd and video of Jon's tour entitled 'The Best of South America 1993'. Anyone know if there was actually only 1000 issued (supposedly issued by Jon's own label!! called 'Iron Clad Entertainment')?
Is this as rare as I think it might be?
Got to say 'Owner' played with a latin american beat sounds fantastic

Thanks for that Kirk. Apparently the issue was personally financed by Jon although I don't know whether it made him any money!
Oddly, the video did not even have as much as a blank label on it or the box. At first I wondered if it was a bootleg but having purchased it directly from the 'Yes Music Circle' I doubt that it was. Tiz has always been hot on bootlegging.

I have that too, and got it when it first came out, I think it was around $25 then. Supposedly Jon didn't want it released, and it was done by accident.

Surprising as he obviously wanted the video made. Maybe some legal wrangle? Henry Potts would know. How about it Henry?
I must say the sound quality on the video leaves a little to be desired especially on 'Italian Song'. It gives the feel that it is more of a 'personal' movie rather than a commercial production and I feel that makes it more desirable for me.
It is possible that Tiz would know if there are any unsold copies around, she does have an amazing catalogue YES merchandise for sale. Give her a visit
