Yes, I would rather have no solos. Even as a musician of 25 years, I have never liked solos. I don't like taking them and I prefer others do not, but that is just me.

Well, we're off for the week. We're heading up tomrrow morning (Thursday), and then we'll go roam around the area, hit a few of the local wineries for tastings and maybe check out any other local sites we stumble upon.

If we get the chance, we'll go to the resort tomorrow night to see if the band are hanging around at the outside bar (like they did last year.) This time I'll prepare something intelligent to say instead of "Duh.....Hi.....Its, uh, very nice to meet you.....duh....." like I said to Jon last year. (What a dolt I am.):rolleyes:

Sorry to see Dakini won't be sharing our seating area. I hoping they've been upgraded and aren't missing out. To all of you attending YesCapade, have a great time. If it's at all like last year (and it appears that it will be even better), you'll have a blast!

Actually, we're not leaving until Friday morning, but the anticipation is almost too great to bear. I wish that I could just BE there now, to avoid the worrying that something will come up in the next day or so (keeping my fingers crossed that none of my kids get sick, no clients have emergencies, etc.).

I know how you're feelin Cathy. I've got to drive all the way from LA. I'm so worried about fires closing the roads. I was going to leave at 3:00 a.m. friday morning. But I decided to leave tommorow eve. instead jsut in case!

Awwesome Glendo, I'm still in the stone ages as far as cameras go. I do have a really nce canon but it's jsut so darn heavy and has big ol' honkin lenses. Can't believe I drug this thing around backpacking for so many years! Alas, it's shutter is stuck, I guess maybe that last river trip was a bit much! LOL I"m rambling a bit sorry!

Good question - can we bring cameras? I could borrow my daughter's digital one perhaps. I thought someone posted a loooong time ago that cameras had been permitted last year at Konocti. Are they forbidden at Shoreline?

Glen - I'll definitely look for you. Is there a place where all of us can meet? Is everyone going to Yescapade? What about after the concert? The closest motel I could get (being a great procrastinator) is in Calistoga (!), so we've got a 45 minute drive after (but it's not like I need to get up early the next morning of anything - I only need to get back to the Bay Area in time to make it to Shoreline!).

I think just about everybody from Yesfans is going to Yescapade, with the exception of Lindel who has his daughters that day. AFAIK, cameras are permitted at Konocti, I know they're welcome at Yescapade for sure. You might try e-mailing Cherokee though at Cherokee@prognet.com she'll know for sure about the concert though. Only 39 hoursto Yescapade and 45 to the show! WOOO HOOO!

I will be at YEScapade...going down Tomorrow afternoon.
Will be busy putting together world 13 moon calendar goodies into the Yescapade packets.

Shoreline has a CAMERA policy that says, only PressPass can have a camera. I do not know how strict they are.
