I am a nineteen year old student studying at the university of Bath. I only discovered Yes (and the prog genre) recently but i'm already hooked! My introduction to prog came in the form of my Dad's copy of King Crimsons debut LP In The Court of the Crimson King. It sounded like nothing i'd heard before. Anyway it was such a brilliant album i decided to delve further into the genre, but i didn't think anything could surpass this album until i heard Yes. They took prog up to a whole new level for me, i didn't know music this good could exist!!!

Welcome, Rhayader.

One bit of advice I can pass down to you: If you find yourself downtown, don't jump into the Roman bath; they frown upon that there.

Yeah, welcome. It's nice to have another English voice here. Remember though that the majority of people here (myself included) are old enough to be your dad (or mum if they like) and as such you need to follw these simple rules:

1. Speak slowly. Or type in B-I-G L-E-T-T-E-R-S so that we can see them
2. Don't shout. OUr ears have been abused, but we're not deaf
3. Don't use txt spk. We don't undrstnd it
4. Please don't mention anything about bands from the 1980's onwards - we won't have heard of them
5. Don't ask when Yes are touring. Even they don't know the answer to that one
6.Try not to be funny. The American audience don't understand our sense of humour and get all upset.

Now get off the computer and go and do some studying. I'm not paying my taxes so that you can laze about surfing the internet!
