In this thread, post lyrics from Yes that would make good fortunes for fortune cookies. Be realistic now. I don't think you'll ever get a fortune that says "A seasoned witch could call you from the depths of your disgrace". Try to find lyrics that REALLY look like fortune cookie material. Use the bold headline area of your post to tell what song you're quoting. This could be fun, maybe?
Restrict your "fortunes" to one line, or two if necessary. Only YES and ABWH originals should be used. No solo stuff this time.

Sorry i-and-i, I don't understand what is required in this thread. It may be a problem of vocabulary on my behalf. I don't know what "fortune cookies" are. Help please !! for all of us, non English speaking people.

Fortune Cookies are those yellowish hollow cookies you get in Chinese Restaurants. They have a small slip of paper inside, which is your "fortune". An example of a fortune might be " A small package of value will come to you shortly".
I've never seen those. It seems our Chinese restaurants in France don't have them. Well I'll think about it.

Before the Chicago gathering, I searched the internet for custom fortune cookies so I could have Yes lyrics inserted. Never followed thru tho- a little expensive. Maybe for the next gathering tho. This thread is exactly what I needed for ideas/lyrics. Will copy them all and save. Thanks all!
