You may notice some slowness in the site today. Database work is being donw on the server. This will affect the site and Yesfans email. Looking at a couple more hours of the slowness coming and going.

I have been on it all, just got back from lunch so other then that 30 min away it has been fine for me here at work.

This site varies from link to link. I'll hit a number of Yesfan links and it moves quickly. Then I'll hit another and it takes a long time. That pattern repeats often here.

It's better than another site that uses vBulletin. (is that the name?)
The other site often reminds me of the horribly slow dial-up connections I used to have.
