When I was 15 yrs. old, I met my first true love. Music was a big part of both of our lives. She told me about this English band who had not yet gained popularity in the states but who she said, was excellent. She proceeded to let me borrow two of this band's albums. The albums were 'Yes' and 'Time and a Word'. This was in the dead of winter and I remember the snow falling outside as I listened to 'Sweet Dreams' and 'Astral Traveller' and on and on and on......

The music came to mean much to me and so did she (we're still together today...after a short 20 yr. break away from each other). Well, this morning it was snowing and on my way into work this a.m., I listened to "A Time and a Word". It is still magical to me.....all these years later!

Now that is a sweet story.

Yes has been the rich textured paint that so many of us have used to color our life's pallete.

Welcome to the site, Chungie!

Awww, what a romantic story. Together again after 20 years. Yes music reunites old lovers :) I myself have just found my first girlfriend on the internet after not seeing her for 15 years. She's coming to visit me here for Christmas and we're going to Paris together. Although our relationship today is more like old friends than lovers (think Jerry & Elaine), I'm really glad that we found each other again, because I always think of her as one of my best friends. She's not a Yes fan though :P
