Yesfans Music Dvd

If anyones interested in contributing to sending me mini dv's or DVD's of them performing original music for a DVD compilation I dont mind editing it and putting them all together on DVD for a fund raiser. I cant be bothered with the packaging etc but i'll do my bit. Inveryes? Waddaya think folks. I think it would be quite funny.

It doesnt just have to be music. The poets could film themselves reciting poetry, the artists showing and explaining their pictures, the jokers telling a joke. Anybody can say and do anything. It can all go on, anything and that way everyone is included.

I think you need to start a poll or two to suss out numbers:-

who would want to contribute

who would want to buy ( and at what price)

get a feel for whether or not it would get a good response.

Also whoever does do the production, packaging, dispatch etc. is going to go out of pocket until sales take off. For the Yesfans CD I had to shell out for printing, discs, packaging etc. first and then get reimbursed when sales were made, but it did mean going into the red to £100 or so at times.

You would need some artwork done too?

It could be good fun though.

I could do the artwork but some other lazy bastard can do that, the more the merrier. I'll shell out the cash if I have to, just get off your fat arses and send me your clips in. Get those camcorders out and use your imagination. This could be hilarious. If you are interested in contributing pm me. Bollocks to the response.

the only thing i could contribute is EchoPark performing some originals this past summer. i'm afraid i have no other abilities to offer up.
