There are already 4 or 5 sets of tickets on sale at e-bay.

between 300 and 400 bucks US.

I think the guy who says you can buy them now at 7000 made a type-o. I hope.

If ebay gets a hold of those auctions, they will end them. Ebay rules for selling tickes says you can only make around 5-10% over the face value.

I doubt it. ebay rarely ends ticket auctions, believe me I've tried... and they now apply state rules only if the transaction occurs in the state in question or the seller or buyer is in the state of the venue. Lots of loopholes.
