They did perform their live debut just over a week ago. With 2 Yes members you'd think it would have garnered more interest here. But, it didn't.

They are close to a deal and it will be released.

I think the apparent lack of interest in that show at the Premier in Seattle a couple weeks back was due to it being put together last minute as well as virtually no advertising. There were several rock legends there, but no one knew about the show. Most of the people there were friends of the bands playing combined with the Seattle area fans who check those bands' web sites for info on a regular basis (and could make it).
The Seattle Mariners were also playing that night, and the ballpark is only a block away. The area was pretty crowded.
Plus - White had just done a charity gig within a month prior, so a lot of people probably just did not feel like coming out again who are personal friends of the band. That previous gig in Issaquah was PACKED!

I don't know much about a fight with Chris, but I do know that White severed ties with Umbrello.

I really want to see this ablum released out of all of the More Drama tour hype this was the one thing that really had me going exspecially when they added Geoff Downs. If any one knows whats going on please let me know thanks!

White's website says they are very close to announcing their record deal/release date. Some of the song samples they have are interesting.
