The big day occurred in 1994.

On this day Yes played City of Love for the last time at Huntsville Alabama. In addition the digitally remastered TYE, CTTE, Fragile, GFTO & Tormato were released in USA.

Other than that Yes played live in 1969, 1970 (with Pink Floyd), 1972 (with J Geils Band), 1976, 1977 (with Donovan), 1984, 1989 (ABWH), 2001 & 2002.

On this day in 2002 Yes played in Austin, TX at the Backyard. What a great place for a show. This is a rustic outdoor venue in back of a BBQ restaurant (read: roadside TX BBQ stand) in the hill country of Texas. To commemorate the anniversary of Elvis's death, the band broke into a version of Jailhouse Rock!

I met Pam Bay and her companions running across the highway after the show. Pam Bay is the president of the Steve Howe Appreciation Society (SHAS) in England.
