I skipped July 27 as not too much happened - a bit more interesting on July 28

In 1974 Rick was interviewed about the Journey album by Alison Steele on radio USAR.

In 2001, Yescapade was held at Konocti in association with the concert.

In 2003, the Ultimate Yes Collection (Version 1) was released in the UK including the wrong version of AYAI

Concerts were played in 1969, 1976, 1991, 1994, 1998, 2000.

And of course the scheduled 1972 CTTE tour concert at Memphis was cancelled to allow Alan to learn the parts.

On a side note, on this day in 2001, The Eagles played at the Inaugural Event at The American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX.

What a way to open a new venue!!

I was there in LA.

Kansas was great, my date knew the words to 'Carry On My Wayward Son'.

She'd never heard 'Gates' before...

Excellent tour. Where's Igor?
