A big day in Yes history. It was on this day in 1968 that Peter Banks joined what within days would become known as Yes.

Then in 1972, the concert planned for Edwardsville Illinois was cancelled because Alan White had just joined Yes and was learning the set list.

In 1984, the last concert of the European leg of the 90125 tour was held at Madrid, Spain.

In 1994, Yes played in San Diego and this was the last time they played 'Hold on'.

In 2003 Rick was interviewed on the Jonathan Ross radio show on BBC 2

There have been plenty of other concerts too - 1969, 1970, 1991, 1998, 2001 and 2002.

Did any of you have tickets to the cancelled Edwardsville gig?
