About the most interesting thing to happen in Yes history on this day occurred in 1969 when Yes played at a private party thrown by Prince Rupert Loewenstein. Apparently the show was largely ignored by all of the 'in crowd' there.

Yes was ahead of their time!!! Not many cpould possibly understand the complexity of the sound then and a lot of media folks still don't get it!!!!!
