According to the liner notes on the record it's Colin Goldring. Credited with recorders on 'Your Move'.

It takes a Canadian to know one! :) He wasn't syndicated in the USA was he?

I think he was on a couple of PBS channels, but in reality he's all Canadian. A show I never missed while growing up. Ever.
