I like it as a momento of ABWH live. Not only does it not have Chris, though, it also doesn't have Tony Levin. Jeff Berlin plays, and while he does a very competent job, he isn't very exciting. (Compare to his work with Bruford, where he plays his butt off.) The songs are put across nicely, assuming you like the ABWH material. The Yes stuff sounds pleasantly different, but no Chris, and a new Bill banging on computerized drums.

The running order is screwed up -- ST at the end of disc one, rather than at the end of the show -- but they omit "All Good People", which is fine, because (a) it's "cheesed up" and (b) the session guys get to take solos that would have the most hardcore Trooper begging for Tony Kaye and Trevor Rabin. That's a good omission. I think they omit "The Meeting", though.

Get it if you can for a reasonable price. The video is better though.

Is this release from the same show as the PPV concert at Shoreline? I remember watching it and recording it on VHS way back when. It seemed to me that Steve's guitar was turned waaaaay down for the TV broadcast. Did they fix the sound on the DVD?
