Wouldnt it be great! if Roger Dean like made a guitar! i'm talking about the colours and painting or what not on the guitar and the board under the pickups! it would be so awesome! patterns up the neck! and wonderful colours! it would be so great!
What if they made one! and stoled it to the highest bidder and the winnings would go to the movie project!! FLOATING ISLANDS!

I think that's a really cool idea. It could bring a lot of money.
They could release a whole Gibson line of Dean guitars. I'd buy "The Ladder" Les Paul Supreme.

I think that would be a really good idea. I thing that he should make a guitar that is clear i.e. you can see all the way through it but it has actual solid 3D islands inside of his work Floating Islands. Now that would be way cool!
Imagine that guitar! You just wouldn't want to play it would you, you would just want to look at it!

Yeah it would be cool like i dunno what company though, maybe like a Fender amp (cause of steve and everything) and have like awesome patterns and stuff on it!, I dunno what type of guitar though!. just awesome 'Roger Dean' stuff all over it!. just like cool patterns on the neck and stuff
Probably an ES-175, or his other guitar of choice, the ES-345 or his 00-18...
Those are his main guitars from what I can tell (even though I've seen him using LPjrs, LPs, LPCs, EDS-1275, Strats, Teles, Steinburgers, and Line 6 Variax guitars)
But, since those are both hollow bodied guitars, so I really can't see a custom guitar made from it.
Maybe they could make one special for him with the body made in the shape of the Yes logo or something like that

Now THERE'S an idea! And if they had all YES members sign it - it would be an ULTIMATE auction-for-FI-project piece . . .
Disclaimer - I wouldn't buy it, cause I can't afford it.

I would rob a bank then get it! A guitar in the shape of the Yes Logo now thats a really good idea! they should really make it! (Not Yes Personnally lol) but if they did it would increase the price right?

Another thing that will be good for us 'Yes' fans i imagine when the film comes out there will be movie collectables TOO!! (posters ect)

You don't have to make the Yes guitar a Les Paul... I''m thinking that it'd be more of an SG type gutar due to the shape of the Yes Logo, because it's VERY inconvienient for a guitar to not have a cut-away on it...

hmm.. I think if he were to do it, I'd prefer if he did a custom one where he had a unique design for the guitar. Having the paintings (rectangular paintings) put onto a guitar is really tacky looking IMO...

I think that he should make a Keyboard with the Roger Dean piece of work, Tales from Topographic Oceans or Arches Morning Blue on the keys or on the top of the keyboard
