Hello everyone
My name is Lasse and I'm from Sweden. If you bring your map I'll tell you where I live. Hope you can find Stockholm. About 200 km south-west of Stockholm there's a town called Linköping. That where I live.
I'm in the middle of life, just past the 50 mark. Probably the best time of life.
Many years ago someone put "Yessongs" in my hand and asked me to listen to it, and I was hooked.
As a drummer I really like the strange rythmic patterns that Yes uses.

Hey do Lasse! I know Linköping well. I used to live in a small place called Gullringen, which is close to a town called Kisa...Linköping. I was there a long time ago now between 1980/1981.
Have fun here you will find us a friendly bunch.

Hi Lasse, welcome to the site. We look forward to your posts. Are you in a band?
Hi
Yes I'm currently playing in two bands. I'm a stand in for the no 1 drummer in a local, amateur, Big Band (playing Basie, Glenn Miller) and I'm playing in a group called Woodwind Stompers, more trad jazz like Armstrong, Goodman.
There's also a few new projects, playing blues-rock. I sold my big Ludwig drum kit a few years ago but my hands didn't stop tapping on my desk so I just bought a new kit. It's a smaller Tama but it sounds great.
Are you playing in a band?
Have a great time
