Lift Me Up Promo Video

I just picked up a copy of this promo VHS. Really good with plenty of close ups of Trevor just for Cinders!! ( Hope you've got it too!). It's only 5-6 minutes long and looks like an official release.

Are there many of these promo videos in circulation?

Would this have been what was played on MTV and the like ? or was it used to promote the song within the industry?

Any info?
