Just got Spiraling - Transmitter from CDBaby in the mail today. Still listening to Yes marathon so it must wait. Will post something once I listen. Am really looking forward to Cal-prog!

Update: Just listened to Transmitter. Very nice album. Has more of an alternative/jazzy feel to it overall. Very enjoyable listen. Think they will be great in concert. See ya there Earl and Tim!

CalProg artist Spiraling is setting out on a national tour. They feature Tom Brislin (keyboardist for yes on SYMPHONIC tour/DVD) and are just a wonderful power pop group. I'd compare them to Owsley or Jughead. I give a very HIGH recommendation for these guys. Go out and see them if you get a chance!
