Who's Playing the Milk Bottles?

In Roundabout - about 3:28 in - behind the bass riff somebody is playing something not totally unlike a selection of milk bottles. Anybody know what was being hit and by whom?

I have always assumed that this was Bill Bruford(could be wrong,it's happened before!...).

And an inspired piece of creative percussionizing it was...!
