ALAN WHITE. Looking over the session pics at www.yesworld.com there is a pic of Alan playing a Organ track. I knew he was good, but play drums and Keys at once? Ha ha

Anyone else notice HOW MUCH has gone into the drum setup for Alan in the studio? Not that it isn't expected.
...And Chris Squire is starting to look like Igor's Father or something in some of those pics!
I don't think anyone is actually recording though in these pics, it must have been a day they were still writing or rehearsing a song or something like that, because no on is wearing earphones.
Just being anal there!

I have a bootleg of that tour that's pretty good - where did you get a video?
I also see that the 1975 QPR concert has been released in Japan on DVD or video - goes for $114.75!
Has anyone seen the 1979 Philly DVD? How is it?
 From the Yes World picture it did look like Alan White had quite a huge drum set up. Did you read also that the symphony will be stepping in for the keyboardist. Can't wait.

Save your money. Its grainy with very poor sound.
As for the QPR dvd, its not a whole lot better. The original mix was plagued with audio problems, and that's the same for the dvd. I got it, don't remember how much I paid, but it wasn't anywhere near that much.
I know where Tim got his tape, but I'll let him answer that question.

For a OUT OF THE WORLD FEE, Dave/Nightliner can get you a copy of the Union tour from the Japanese DVD release to that tour if I am right, Dave?

Working outside yesterday, I had the Union concert on the boombox and was just thinking how good the sound quality is on these cuts, when Jon annouced between songs that they were recording that night (I think it's from Philly) - wonder why it was never released?

Out of this world fee, Tim? I think
not. But since you feel that way, I
will just have to make sure you
don't receive anymore copies of my
rare acquisitions.:)
...and its the Japanese laserdisc, not the dvd. That's actually better since most dvd's are copy protected.
