Unfortunately - there are too many "unofficial" to even start to mention.
My personal favourites would be Yessongs, QPR, An Evening of Yes Music, and Yes Symphonic.
YesYears would be my Ducumentary first choice.

Quick correction - In the Big Dream should not be classified as a performance. It's more a Documentary.
