I love Yes because I am a curious person. The journey we’re on is cold and lonely without the constant thirst for knowledge and goodness. There is enough misery and hate lingering in the world. Without uplifting music, despair will rule.

As far as music is concerned, I love music that is both intelligent and performed with talent. There is music on all genres meeting these criteria. Yes is probably the most inspiring of any progressive rock band.

While I don’t really consider myself a Yes freak, I am definitely a fan, appreciative of the enormous thought and talent that goes into the creation of Yes art.

My name is Tom. I specialize in computer troubleshooting. I live in Wisconsin.

Thanks for reading my intro. I hope to get to know some of you for discussion, inspiration, and friendship.

Hi Tom, and welcome to the yesfans family. Hope you'll enjoy reading all the forums, but don't take anything too seriously.

All the best for 2005!

Welcome, Tom. If you're good with computers I have a beautiful house here in Maryland with free room and board for you if you'd like to move to Maryland. Keep this contraption working and I'll give run of the show here. You'd have job security here. Meanwhile, enjoy Yesfans. Good to have you on board. I've been trying to re-weed some things on cd with my burner. Music I got from members here at Yesfans - and I can't get the cd burner in my computer to work right. I kind of gave up on it but I'd still like to get it working some day. The music doesn't want to download properly for some reason. Any advise?
