The lines are forming as we speak..........
Really though, I like Tony. But a solo album?

If there was a good singer on it and Tony played all Hammond Organ stuff I might check it out.

Poor Tony. I don't think his solo album will do that well. His only claim to fame was that he is a former member of the greatest band in history.

Badger was a good 70s kind of Boogie rock thing he was part of. But not many people know about that band.

I will certainly purchase Tony's solo album when it is released.

I'll buy it too, but I hope he sticks to his strengths - Hammond and piano...
he was supposed to do one back in the late 80's, but that obviously never materialized...

You can count me out. I AM however, still waiting for a re-issuing of Igor Khoroshev's Piano Works CD. Anyone have a copy they are willing to part with?

And historically very under-rated in my opinion, as was Pete Banks.
I love those first albums that were a blueprint to 35 years of majestic music.

He's played with Badfinger, David Bowie and the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band too - hardly an inconsequential resume.

Poor Tony. Doesn't even deserve to do a solo album in some people's eyes.
I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I'm sure it won't be The Crusades On Ice.

Sure he does 'deserve' a solo album and I'm very curious to see what kind of music it will be. I'm not interested in Khoroshev at all.

Tony Kaye's new solo album...I think it would be GREAT.

It probably wouldn't be too bad.

Tony kaye has the talent to make a very good album, to create very good music.
His organ parts in Yes first 3 records are the proof of it.
I think he just has to get near to other good musicians and the work will be done.
