Good luck. They occassionally show up on ebay. Usual high bid is around $150.00.

$150?! If anyone has a copy, would you make a copy for me please? VCR copy is just fine for me. I'm happy to reimburse expenses.

It might be copyguarded. I will check it out. If I can copy it, I might offer it up as a prize for my contest, and moderators might be eligible.

Might? How about I just pay you?

There were a lot of "mights" in there, weren't there. One might I need to see is if it is recordable. That's not as easy as it sounds. I need to do some re-wiring, so be patient. I know where to find you when I do it.

talking of DVDs, anyone know how to get hold of Yes at QPR 1975 Vol 2? I tried a couple of sites without success...

ebay...that is where I got mine. Its an import so I doubt if any of the major etailers would carry it.

Ok, charl8e, I did some searching for you and this is what I found. Now Hear This can get you a copy. You can contact them via e-mail at: nowhearthis1@msn.com (sorry for the wrong address the first time). They said they would have to order it for you and that it would cost approximately $40 for either disc. And they could get both discs. The owner's name is Tom and he's a really nice guy and very helpful.

Good Luck.

These are the Yes DVD's that I own........

Musikladen
Yessongs
QPR 1975 Vol 1
Qpr 1975 Vol 2
Live in Philadelphia 1979
ABWH evening of Yes Music Plus
Union Tour Live 1991
Greatest Video Hits
YesYears
Keys To Ascension
Live at The House of Blues

I think I have got them all so far and it took some searching to find some of them!

I paid US$130 for the ABWH on Ebay and it is worth every cent. I just don't know why someone dosen't re-release it? It is available on 2 discs somewhere I believe, Hong Kong?
But I have the original single disc version.

The new one out soon is the "Live in Amsterdam" from the Magnification tour.
Then appareantly they might re-release 9012Live with added features according to YesWorld.
A re-release of "Live in Philadelphia 1979" is also planned . .with extra footage too. :))

So keep looking out for them .. they are gems to collect .. :))

I just won a copy of the dvd's on ebay for $29. The guy tells me its a backup from a Japan laserdisc? But I think its a backup copy that supposedly has been professionally done. I'll let you guys know how it is when it arrives. This is the message I got from the seller, he has good feedback so I'm not worried.

Hello,
The original DVD never was released!!
I want to let you know that this is an original backup from a very Rare Japan release only Laserdisc (LD)($275 US in Japan) done on Pioneer Elite & Sony Systems. The media is made by TDK oem.The quality is perfect and sound HI-FI stereo (surround 2.0). The cover was made professionally.

It's a bootleg. A homemade copy of the laserdisc.

An Evening Of YES Music Plus was indeed issued on DVD. I purchased my copy not long after I bought my first DVD player in 1998. The DVD is long out-of-print, so I'm glad I got it. What's interesting is that it's a two-sided DVD.

For some reason, they split the program over the two sides of the disc. Perhaps they were working from a laserdisc production master (which some DVDs were made from back in those days) or they hadn't developed dual-layer technology, which would have allowed them to put it on one side.

An Evening of Yes Music Plus on CD and DVD

January 10, 2007 - Voiceprint has rereleased An Evening Of Yes Music Plus on double CD and DVD. The discs feature Digipak packaging, complete with the original Roger Dean artwork, and both packages also contain a photo booklet.

For a limited time, the second disc on the limited edition DVD contains In The Big Dream. Originally released on VHS, the film contains video shorts for "Brother Of Mine", "Order Of The Universe", and "Quartet (I'm Alive)", the later a different version of the final section from "Quartet" that was on on the original ABWH studio release. Once quantities of the Digipak and standard double DVD packages are exhausted An Evening Of Yes Music Plus will become a single DVD package, and will no longer contain In The Big Dream.

There will only be 2,000 copies of the double DVD Digipak produced, and of those the first 1,000 will be autographed by Jon Anderson, Bill Bruford, Rick Wakeman, and Steve Howe. There will also be 2,000 copies of An Evening Of Yes Music Plus available as a standard double DVD package (non-autographed).
